Shipping, Refunds, and Exchanges
Shipping Policy

At Eliza Alchemy, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and efficiently. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, but we are working hard to expand our shipping options to include international destinations soon.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only):

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2-5 business days. Flat rate $6.

    • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1-3 business days. Flat rate $11.

    • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): Next day to 2 day. Flat rate $32.

  • Free Shipping: For orders above $100 we provide free standard shipping.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.

Shipping Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with updated tracking information.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Future International Shipping: We are excited to announce that we will be expanding to offer international shipping soon! Stay tuned for updates, and follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Eliza Alchemy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges for beauty and skincare products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products not purchased directly from Eliza Alchemy (for third-party purchases, please refer to the retailer's policy).

How to Return an Item:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team at Eliza Alchemy with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to ship your product back.

  2. Pack and Ship: Securely package your items and include the original receipt or packing slip. Be sure to write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@elizaalchemy.com.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs.
